Coach Jay is a dynamic Strength and Conditioning coach and accomplished multi-sport athlete. Jay has competed in various sports and devoted his career to understanding how the human body adapts and performs at its peak. His journey led him to train with Soma Fight Club in Southeast Asia, where he honed his expertise in fitness through mixed martial arts.

 

With experience coaching recreational, elite, and professional athletes, Jay is known for his personalized coaching style, crafting unique training approaches tailored to each individual's needs.
